7.2 Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date may incur a cancellation fee.

8. Client Responsibilities

8.1 Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and access to the property for the Company to perform the services.

8.2 Clients must ensure that the work area is free of hazards and that the Company’s personnel have safe access to the worksite.

9. Privacy

9.1 The Company is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the provision of services will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama.

10.2 Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Oneonta, AL, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

11. Amendments

11.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
